New clarification added: Q - In BOQ 1.7, it mentions "Power distribution Board (in PSA Plant Room): 3Phase, 100A, 20kA", could you please confirm the usage of the board? As 20kA is too small, it is even not enough for a generator.R: 20kA stands for short-circuit current (ISC). 3Phase 80 KVA, 150A for Djerba site and 3 Phase, 60KVA, 100A for Msaken site.Q - In the Form D, one of the statements reads "The plant should be preassembled of the containerized model- ISO Container (“Plug and Play” type) to facilitate rapid installation. The Containerized Plant shall be fully integrated and assembled at the Manufacturer's Industries." I think with this statement it means the PSA plant will be the containerized type which is different form the clarification made earlier that the plant will be taken out of the ontainer and installed in a room. Please clarify. R: The clarification given is explaining clearly that the PSA plant to be offered by the bidder must be a ‘’compact plug and Play type’’ and pre-assembled either prior to shipment or during installation on site. It must be installed in the dedicated room. The clarification given must be followed by each bidder.

New clarification added: Q - Please per your response, "The PSA Oxygen unit offered by each bidder must come compactly assembled in a container until delivery to the site. For its installation, The PSA compact block will be extracted and installed in the dedicated room. The container will only serve as transport. The model that will be proposed by each tenderer must adapt to the dimensions of the dedicated room. It is also acceptable that the bidder ships parts and assemble them compactly on site during installation."If I understand. The container will only hold the PSA plant components. When it gets to the place of installation, the components will be taken out of the container and installed in the designated room. Please am I right?R: Yes, correct.

New clarification added: Q - How many hours a day is the booster for the filling of the cylinders required to work? R: Please refer to the specifications of the Oxygen booster capacity and configure your system accordingly: Oxygen booster capacity to be used in filling oxygen cylinders is at least 90 Cyl/day for Msaken site and at least 130 Cyl/day for Djerba Site @ 4-5 Bars to match the automatic manifold specifications described in the tender document.Q - We are manufacturer of Oxygen plant, is it necessary for us to upload a manufacturer authorization form E in document checklist of Vendor submission which is mandatory. Or we must attend the tender via a local company?R: Kindly indicate in the Form E that you are the manufacturer and sign. There is no obligation to bid via a local company.Q - In page 1 of Section II - Schedule of requirements PSA OGP V1 - Link for technical design documents: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1cGu_M7LmGXfUTcqTMM0mkRpMFhv-TuvR?usp=sharing (Djerba)https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1cEvpb8_JLqmrJcyjtbDGj8b3BCbZTMXX?usp=sharing (Msaken)We found the defined space of the above site is 400cm(w)*400cm(L) and 450cm(w)*450cm (L) which is not fit for ISO standard 40' containerzied oxygen plant. So the hospital will arrange another place for hold the containerized oxygen plant ? it is better for us to supply the parts and assemble onsite. Please note, even we supply the parts and assemble the oxygen plant onsite, the defined space 400cm(w)*400cm(L) and 450cm(w)*450cm (L) is insufficient. Because we have to leave at least 0.6-1m space for maintenance for all sides. R: The PSA Oxygen unit offered by each bidder must come compactly assembled in a container until delivery to the site. For its installation, The PSA compact block will be extracted and installed in the dedicated room. The container will only serve as transport. The model that will be proposed by each tenderer must adapt to the dimensions of the dedicated room. It is also acceptable that the bidder ships parts and assemble them compactly on site during installation.
