New clarification added: Q - Lot Nr.2: 5 units  of  HF Mobile Analog System (X-ray) - would you clarify further details on the point 14 in the technical spesification "The generator should have an indication for error, X-Ray ON & Mains" R - Point 14. means that on the control console of this mobile x-ray system, we must have an indicator for each of the following system status : in case of error messages, during X-ray emission (Xray ON) and when the system is powered on. (Main Power ON).Q - Is the pre bid meeting mandatory, if yes, name of place?R - No, the tender does not foresee a pre bid meeting. Please submit any questions you may have through the platform.Q - Is the site inspection mandatory, if yes, name of place?R - No, the tender does not foresee a site inspection. Please submit any questions you may have through the platform.Q - Please confirm the location/site where the items to be delivered and installed?R - The equipment will be assembled and tested in Tunis Center at the Ministry of Health (Bab Saadoun 1006 Tunis).Q - Who will bear the spare parts cost and maintenance charges for the stipulated time given in tender document i.e. for Five (5) years after expiry of warranty period?R - The tender requires a preventive maintenance plan for 2 years, including the price. It also requires a confirmation of availability of spare parts up to 5 years (no price indication in this statement of availability of spare parts). Q - Who will bear the Preventive and corrective maintenance at site for the stipulated time given in tender document i.e. for two (2) years?R - The bidder's local representative will ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance at sites during the warranty period and onward. The Supplier shall present in the tender a declaration duly signed by the Tunisian Company chosen that assumes the role of Local Representative and will guarantee all the preventive and corrective maintenance at least during Supplier extended warranty.Q - Is there any standard format of functional test report which has to be delivered to the beneficiary and UNOPS after testing the equipment?R - The bidder will deliver the testing results using the format of the manufacturer of the equipment. Q - What is the final place of destination of equipment or delivery of equipment?R - Final place of destination will be at Tunis center. Q - Provide the location of each lots?R - The destination will be at health facilities in Tunis center for both lots.Q - Form G - No Adverse action confirmation : it should be submitted only by the bidder only?R - Form G concerns both the bidder and the manufacturer and should be provided for each lot (if the manufacturer is not the same for both lots). 

New clarification added: Question: We can supply Portable Colour Doppler Ultrasound machine, we already have ISO13485 and CE, however, there is no ISO14001 for the time being, can you accept this points?Response: This is a mandatory criterion read as follows: "Bidders must include evidence of the manufacturer being in possession of a current ISO 14001 EMS or equivalent certification for each of the production sites where offered products originate from. If this certification is not yet in place, the bidder must submit an approval internal procedure in relation to Environment Management System". Therefore, a bidder is required to provide either the certification or the approved internal procedure being applied.
