New clarification added: Query 9- As per your terms of FCA delivery, is it necessary to add CPT prices as well? We are doubt to confirm delivery on CPT therefore, can you please consider only on FCA please.Kindly advise. Answer 9- There is no need to add CPT prices at the time of offer submission. In case UNOPS wants to make a contract with CPT, the lowest compliant bidders will be asked for the consolidated freight for the lots they are being recommended to issue contract on CPT term after evaluation. Bidder needs to accept the award under either of the Incoterms, as mentioned in Section III; Returnable Bidding Forms (Delivery Requirement Table).

New amendment added #1: The requirement of item no 22; Phosphatidylcholine 300mg capsule is hard capsule and hence, item description of this item is revised to Phosphatidylcholine 300mg hard capsule in Section II and Section III. Other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

New clarification added: Query 8- We would like to know about packing units requirement such as Will you accept our commercial packing of inner and outer shipper packing of our export quality?Will you accept our pack size and the export quality blister packing?We will however fulfill the required quantity as scheduled of requirement.Answer 8-Packaging and Labelling Specifications is as per Section III; Returnable Bidding Forms and the supplier is requested to submit as per Section III.

New clarification added: Query 5-For lot 24 Cotrimoxazole Injection indicates vial but our product is the same strength but in ampoules presentation. Could we offer ampoules instead vials?Answer 5-The supplier is requested to submit the offer as per the requirement mentioned in Section III.Query 6- Regariding INCOTERMS, at the time of contract award we should accept you may vary from FCA to CPT? New clarification added: Query 2-as per the summary of requirements total quantity mean packs or total number of tablets/capsulesAnswer 2- Total quantity means smallest unit such as tablet/capsule/ampoule/bottle/vial under unit column.Query 3- as per the summary of the requirements lot number 8 is mentioned for tablets whereas we manufacture capsules. Kindly advise whether the capsule is also acceptable or not.Answer 3-The supplier is requested to submit the offer as per the requirement mentioned in Section III.Query 4-Can we participate in selected lots of which we manufacture?Answer 4- It was mentioned in e-sourcing ITB particular under the clause "Partial bids".
