New clarification added: Kindly clarify for FORM B. If the Bidder is not in a Joint Venture Partnership, Can the Bidder leave the form blank?Answer : In case a bidder is not a joint venture, the bidder should leave the form blank, but should still sign the form, to confirm that it submits the proposal not as a JV.

New clarification added: 1. we would like to know battery capacity and voltage,also type of bettery if its lithium ion or lead-acid battery?\Answer : The bidders should propose optimal battery sizes required for 40W PV systems. It must be a Li-ion battery, with LFP (Lithium Ferrous Phosphate) the preferred chemistry, however other chemistries of Li-ion allowed.

New clarification added: 1. What does "40W" refer to in "40W solar home system"? Does it mean the rate of power of led lamps? Answer : Refers to the rated capacity of the solar module, at standard testing conditions.2. If 40W refer to other specification, what is the rate of LED lamp you need and how many hours it will be used daily.Answer : We are not specifying a minimum wattage per LED, however the SHS kits should be able to provide minimum 12 hours of lighting-only on a full charge3. How many Standby days we need to design for the system(Continuous rainy days)?Answer : 12 hours of lighting-only on a full charge

New clarification added: In the Technical Specifications, item#1-b. it says "A central control unit with integrated battery designed for fixed indoor installation".Would you please indicate the specification of the battery, such as capacity of the battery?Answer : The bidders should propose optimal battery sizes required for 40W PV systems that meet the Lighting Global Quality Standards
