New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam,Please find below our response to your questions:1. Could you consider the extension in the last date of submission for more 21 days? Answer : The deadline for submission has been extended to Wednesday, 18 May 2022 at 5:00 PM (Bangkok Time), hopefully you have enough time to submit the proposal.2. Are the reports (1) Deep Dive study on coal abatement scenarios for vietnam, (2) Planned study on Net Zero Emission for energy sector available for public?Answer : Coal abatement scenarios report is available. The bidders can access the report here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fEIooH7nZhJJzHMx0SIw2jyLWwIwubfH/view?usp=sharing. The planned study on Net-zero emission for the energy sector is put on hold and not available for the public.
