New clarification added: Question: Our company does not directly have a certificate as HP or a Dell supplier which is mandatory for the submission of our Quote for the supply of Dell Laptops, HP Printer and Tablets. Since the site has made this requirement mandatory can we include the HP dealership certificate of our partner and supplier which is a different company?Answer: Under Qualification criteria, it is clearly stipulated that the bidder shall submit certificate or any other evidence of authorization as a reseller of the product(s) being offered. This means the evidence of authorisation should be for the bidder and not another entity.

New clarification added: Question: Is partial quotation allowed?Answer: Partial quotations are not allowed. Bidders must quote prices for the total goods and/or services for the total requirement requested. Evaluation will be done for the total requirement.Question: I want to clarify if it is compulsory to purchase the items from abroad, what of if i get the items here in Nigeria? Kindly clarify. Answer: It is not compulsory to buy the items from abroad. What matters is not where the items are bought from, but whether the items meet the minimum technical requirements as stated in Section II: Schedule of Requirements.

New clarification added: Question: Can I confirm that delivery will be to UNMAS in Abuja , NigeriaAnswer: Yes, delivery is to Abuja, NigeriaQuestion: We are operating in from South Africa, is there a UNOPS office in South Africa which we can deal with directly in terms of a) Quoting in ZAR currency b) deliveries c) receiving paymentsAnswer: This tender is for Nigeria, and the quotation currency and delivery shall be as stated in the RFQ. If successful, payment shall be through bank tranfer to your account. Note that all quotations shall strictly be submitted through eSourcing.

New clarification added: Question: We would like to clarify the SPECIFICATIONS and QUANTITIES of the these items (Laptops, Tablets and Printers) to aid our quote. Answer: The specifications and quantities for each item are clearly stated in documents titled Section II: Schedule of Requirements and and Section III: Returnable Bidding Forms. The said documents are accessible from the 'Documents' section.
