New clarification added: Dear UNOPS Procurement Team,Preparing our tender bid we found out that Lot 5 contents the items of Russia origin, namely 1.28.Magnetic fingerprint powder, type “Cornelian (Serdolik)”; 1.30. Magnetic fingerprint powder, type “Dalmatian (Dolmatyn)”; 1.31. Magnetic fingerprint powder, type “Anthracite (Antratsyt)”; 1.32. Magnetic fingerprint powder, type “Coral (Koral)”; 1.33.Fingerprint Powder “Soot (Sazha)”; 1.34. Fingerprint Powder “Zinc oxide (Okys tsynku)”. We would like to pay your attention to Lot 5, which contains Aceton and Ethyl alcohol as items 2.22, 2.23, 3.90 for Chemistry and Biology Kits and Ballistic and Explosives Kits.According to Ukrainian legislation, namely Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 6, 2000 №770, Law "On Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Precursors")  Aceton is a precursore whose circulation is limited and certain control measures have been taken (licensing of activities).Similarly, the sale of ethyl alcohol in Ukraine is subject to control and licensing (Law "On State Regulation of Production and Circulation of Ethyl Alcohol, Cognac and Fruit, Alcoholic Beverages, Tobacco Products and Fuel" of 19.12.1995 N 481/95-VR)These restrictions make it impossible to submit a tender bid for bidders,who do not have the above licenses. Therefore, could these items be removed from the Lot 5?2. Please, provide some clarifications items given bollow:Lot 2. However, bidders must offer 100% of the items specified for each lot and to 100% of the quantities specified for each item of a lot. New clarification added: Dear UNOPS Procurement Team,Analyzing suggested requirements for this procurement we found a lot of products of foreign origin. These products have no analogs in Ukraine and are to be imported. Delivering imported products will take twice more time than the delivery time provided for each lot.Could the term of delivery for each lot be revised from 60 up to 120 calendar days? Dear BidderThank you for your request.Delivery time for goods will be extended as requested.Thank you.

New clarification added: Good morning,We are in the process of preparing a bid for this opportunity but due to the current situation in Ukraine being volatile, we cannot get guaranteed customs clearance in Ukraine. We are being advised that Ukraine rules dicatate that the import has to be responsible for clearances in country. Please can you advise if our bid will be accepted on an EX-WORKS basis or to arrival airport delivery only?Dear BidderThank you for your request.Unfortunately we are not in the position to change the delivery requirements. So we kindly ask you to refer to Section II Schedule of Requirements.Foreign Bidders (Bidders who are located outside Ukraine) can hire any local broker to arrange custom clearance of goods in Ukraine.
