New clarification added: Question:We have the consumption authorization in our contry. should we have the same by the jrdanian authorities before submitting the bid ?Answer:Any bidder must have the Jordanian certificate Question: We need to know being an international vendor, we don't possess the Jordanian certification but we have our concerned certifications with us which can be provided. Are they enough for the technical evaluation? Do you require samples for technical evaluation?Answer:Any bidder must have the Jordanian certificate Question:Can we after winning the tender get all approval from JDFA as we have international approval in country fo origin?Do we need to submit samples with offer? If yes, how many pieces should we submit and where to submit them?Answer:the local Jordanian certificate is part of the evaluation , so the bidder can`t get the award if they don`t provide all tender document.

New clarification added: Question:Is the tender for local or international suppliers.Answer:Any bidder can meet the tender requirements can participate. Question it will be 1440 Boxes in one shippment or every shipment contains quantity of Boxes and the otal quantity during 12 months will be 1440 boxes Answer:The initial quantity will be 1440 Box . the result for the tender will be Balnket Purchase Agreement for One year as we can`t provide the future quantity , so the quantity will be more than 1440 boxQuestion Our company would like to clarify if it is mandatory to obtain certification/approval from the Jordanian authorities prior to submitting our bid. We have all the requisite standardised certifications in our country Answer:yes , it is a mandatory requirement to obtain Jordanian local certification.

New clarification added: Question:I seek to clarify whether the quantity of 1440 implies 1440 pieces of masks or 1440 boxes containing 50pcs each.Answer:1440 Box containing 50 each. Question:Please could you confirm other cerification will be accepted such as ISO 9001 / 13485, CE. Answer:Yes , but i must be approved by Jordanian autherities. QuestionPlease we nedd to confirm the required quantity whether you need 1440 pieces or 1440 box (each containing 50 units).Answer:Quantity is tentaive and the result of the tender will be used for 1 year and the quantity may increase
