New clarification added: Dear UNOPS, Please clarify the questions below:Item 18,19. IP Security cameraPlease advise is it mandatory for all cameras to have class 3 POE on board? Class 3 POE differs from Class 1 POE only in power consumption, without affecting other parameters, and does not affect the performance of the camera.Item 20. IP Security cameraWhether UNOPS will accept the bundle-type cameras with attached microphone? The proposed solution will fully correspond to the technical requirements. Will UNOPS consider accepting the cameras without HDMI ports? Integrated HDMI port will lead to the risk of compromising of security system since it is possible to intrude the system through it and catch or interrupt the signal. We also would like to note the fact that due to this reason 95% of camera producers do not use HDMI ports in their specifications.Dear BidderThank you for your request. Please find our answers below:1. Items 18 and 19. “POE class 3” is mandatory requirement for items 18 and 19. Please refer to clauses 18.6 and 19.6 of the Schedule of Requirements.2. Item 20. UNOPS will accept any solution that will be fully compliant with the requirements. HDMI port is a mandatory requirement (please refer to clause 20.4 of the Schedule of Requirements), so camera without HDMI port will not be accepted.Thank you.

New clarification added: Dear UNOPS, Please clarify the questions below:Item 3. Desktop computer Which version of Microsoft Windows will be acceptable, Home or Professional?Item 10. Sound bar The classic device called SoundBar does not have the ability to output audio through 3.5 mm stereo, the ability to connect headphones and an external microphone. The USB interface is used on some SoundBars to connect external media. Do we understand correctly that the name SoundBar means an active mobile speaker system with a microphone input, a built-in player for working with USB media, as well as other requested interfaces?Item 12. TV Set, 12.3 Brightness: 400 cd/m2None of the A-brand TV manufacturers (LG, Samsung, Sony, Philips...) list this parameter in their datasheets. This is essentially a monitor parameter, a professional display, and not a TV with a tuner. Please consider deleting this parameter in order to eliminate possible difficulties in the technical evaluation process.Item 18,19,20. IP Security cameraThese positions are registered only for a specific camera manufacturer, since the Zipstream protocol is a proprietary protocol from one manufacturer. Related manufacturers have protocols similar in parameters but have a different name. Specify whether bidders are allowed to offer equipment with similar Zipstream protocol parameters?Item 21. Microphone for professional audio surveillance Kindly specify the type of mounting accessory (desk-mounting or clip-on) required for the item 21 since the type of a microphone is fully dependable on it.Dear BidderThank you for your request. The requirement of 400cd/m2 or 400 nits is not too demanding. Almost all LED and QLED technology TVs are compliant with that. The bidder is expected to investigate and propose the model for which brightness is specified.4. Items 18,19, 20 IP cameras. Bidders are allowed to offer equipment with similar Zipstream protocol parameters.5. Item 21. Microphone. Desk-mounting accessory for the microphone is required.
