New clarification added: if UNOPS has approval on community discount. Pls, share the ID or ticket number with us or the approval message from Atlassian. We can't get any quote with a community discount without any documentation.The ticket number about the community license is CA-1545362 Community license request

New clarification added: After engaging in a lengthy discussion with Jira Atlassian: The following are the results of the discussion:Jira Service Management (not necessary if using Jira Software). UNOPS wants the options to acquire the flexibility to acquire the listed products in the catalog from Atlassian.Bitbucket and Awesome Graphs for Bitbucket, as this would be a separate subscription, and we are unable to quote without an active license. Please provide it. Do not include thisBamboo (not available in Cloud). We want the quotation for the Data CenterAccess (would be a free subscription). We are aware, but we would like to have the vendor to manage unops getting the it.Jira Align (the organization would likely not qualify for Jira Align, no community non-profit discount). We are aware.Ceptah Bridge - JIRA MS Project Plugin (May not receive the non-profit community discount). understoodunderstoodWith Marketplace apps it's necessary to purchase the applications at the license tier that matches the number of users you have licensed for your host application. With these add-ons, they must match in license type and user tier in order to be compatible. The add-on does not store any data, but simply displays information from the stand-alone product in a different interface. There is no separate user management or permission scheme for the add-on, both are dominated by the stand-alone product. This means, 1 license is not applicable as indicated in the requirements Requirement and Specifications for Component 1. Therefore, it will be based on the 500 licenses tiers. OK

New clarification added: Atlassian equires the customer to apply for the community discount through this form to be eligible: https://www.atlassian.com/software/views/community-license-requestCan UNOPS apply and share the ticket number with us.UNOPS has already been approved for a community discount.

New clarification added: Ceptah Bridge is licenced based on the number of MS Project users who run the plug-in. What is the number of MS Project users who will synchronise their projects with JIRA? we don't expect more than 100 users.

New clarification added: 1. For Bitbucket and Jira Align is no community license avaible. The list price for Jira Align is xxx$ is the license still relevant for you?We are aware that no community licenses are offered, and yes they are relevant. 2. The provided SEN-9056823 for Bamboo is not working with the technical contact justinwa@unops.org. Do you have for Bamboo a different technical contact or is the SenNr. maybe wrong?SenNR is not wrong. The technical contact now includes Justin for bamboo.

New clarification added: this is to follow up on our comment re Jira Algin and whether you required the Jumpstart service.It's unclear where we should provide this information in the tender response, The Jira Align Production Jumpstart service helps you demonstrate the value of Jira Align with your data and teams. In close collaboration with a Jira Align Solution Architect, your teams will experience first-hand what it means to achieve better collaboration and faster results through Scaled Agile practices and Jira Align. The cost for Jumpstart alone (this is an optional cost and is in addition to the software license and onboarding).Response: Please provide all details you deem necessary in Form D: Technical offer and eventually attached to this Form as a separate page if needed.Any extra cost or optional cost should be indicated in Form C (with mention optional and explanation).

New clarification added: It's not fully clear in the Bidding Form C, Component 2, whether you are seeking either:1. Effort and price estimates for items 1, 2 and 3 2. The price for 10 hours for 1, 10 days for 2, and 10 hours for 3Please can you clarify?Response:Elicitation of requirements for the project design, including preparation.E.g in average we charge X dollars per hour when doing elicitation. It normally takes between average W hours for such engagements, including preparation. For services, UNOPS will have as standard price the hour value and you will propose how many hours you expect it to take depending on the size of the task. So if 10 hours, please provide value by hour = your cost / 10 2. The full JIRA Project, with fully working workflows, user group set-up, dashboards, and Boards. Documentation detailing the implementation of the given project (JIRA Software, Work, Service Management). 10 days = 80 hours your cost / 80 hours 3. Workshop & training materials prepared to onboard the users from the new project, including preparationSo if 10 hours, please provide value by hour = your cost / 10

New clarification added: In order to complete the qoute, we need the URL for the account. Can provide the cloud site URL of the account ?Upon checking the account under justinwa@unops.org, we were able to locate an active cloud account.Can you please confirm if this request is indeed for a new cloud site or is UNOPS planning to upgrade the existing one that they have?Response: The existing one is not an active cloud account. It seems so because we are testing it. So I would say that this is a request for a new cloud site that was running on a trial version. In that sense, it's an upgrade from trial to community.

New clarification added: Jira Align follows a slightly different pricing model than other Atlassian products. Have you already spoken with Atlassian about your needs in this area? Generally, the product price consists of 3 elements:1. Software licenses2. Advisory services3. SupportResponse: We have not spoken to Atlassian about JIRA Align.For 2, you will need to at least purchase TAM for onboarding success. However, do you also need pricing included for 'Jumpstart'? Jumpstart is delivered by Atlassian and is marketed as the best way for you to get your hands on Jira Align and prove the technology's value over a 3-month engagement.Response: It would be interesting to have an overview of the Jumpstart. For 3, will you require support for Jira Align as part of pricing too? Response: What do you mean in regards to support? For licensing purposes, we want to understand the cost of the standard license standard + onboarding. (which is indicated as mandatory by atlassian)

New clarification added: You are requesting licenses for Bamboo, however, as you may already know Bamboo is only available for Data Center and not on Atlassian Cloud. Do you need your existing license renewed or do you have other plans (e.g. use Bitbucket's pipelines instead for CI/CD)?Response: We are interested in having bamboo data center licenses. Our licenses are community licenses today.

Answer: 34 JIRA Projects, 21 Confluence SpacesWhich skills are available from the customer infrastructure teams? For example, can we expect a system admin with system command line access that can take a full system backup? Answer: For Jira and Confluence Cloud, Atlassian utilizes the snapshot feature of Amazon RDS (Amazon Relational Database Service). But these backups cannot be used to roll back changes. Regular backups should be handled by our team.Can we expect from the current system admins to assist and work as part of the migration project team? Answer: YesWhere the system is currently hosted? Answer: On-prem data center. Privately owned and controlled.Where are the users located?(number of countries and where will we be implementing the migration if need for onsite working is required?) Answer: UNOPS Works in multiple countries and users will be spread all over the world. We cannot provide a fixed list. Some of our big user bases are in Myanmar, Thailand, and Copenhagen.Who are the system stakeholders and decision makers?Where will be the bulk of users located? Answer: The same as said above, a global organization with a global user base.We have Atlassian Certified Employees and we have implemented for UN these services,can we bid with the use of them than being partners? Answer: The question is unclear to us. Is this related to being an Atlassian Certified partner as Platinum and Gold members? Do you have standing agreements with any UN agency or is this a stand-alone service provisioning? The following questions will not be replied to at this stage. It will be part of the project scoping with the selected provider.
