Answer: Yes, please use the documents in the documents tab to submit your bid. Question: About the toolkit : how much detail are you looking for ? Is it supposed to gather specific technicalities about urban design or does it focus on implementing gender during the participatory processes ?Answer: The tool kit is expected to gather specific technicalities about urban design or does it focus on implementingQuestion: About the PowerPoint : how many slides do you require ?Answer: The powerpoint is expected to be around 10 -15 slides. Question: Do you only require Powerpoint or can it be through another support such as Keynote ?Answer: The actual deliverable is the powerpoint but keynote will also be fine as one of the deliverableQuestion: Do you already have an existing visual idenditiy / graphic design on which we can rely on or do we have to create it ?Answer: Yes, Cities Alliance has an existing gaphic design guideline and the same will be shared with the awarded bidder upon contract signature. Question: Is it possible to require a delay for the tender ?Answer: Cities Alliance does not foresee any extension the tender submission deadline. New clarification added: Question: Is there an estimated budget or number of working days for this tender?Answer: Dear Bidder, UNOPS does not disclose the budget available for any procurement exercise. We suggest you review the document Section II: Schedule of requirements of requirements understand the requirements and submit your best offer. The total duration of the contract is readily available in the document Section II: Schedule of requirements of requirements page 02 under timelines. This will help you estimate the number of days required to complete the deliverables.
