New clarification added: Q2: We manufacture desktop and laptops however our keyboard is UK or USA English. Would be acceptable to supply the laptop with english keybaord and external wireless keyboard that have English keyboard with Russian or Ukrainian alternative character set?A2: External keyboard as an alternative option is not acceptable. The offered equipment technical specifications must comply with the requirements.
