New clarification added: Q4a:In both "Section II Schedule of Requirements" and "Section III Returnable Bidding Forms", there are mixed instructions on whether the quotation should be based on CIF sea freight Lagos, or on DAP the two hospitals. Please confirm the Incoterm on which our quotations should be based.Ans 4a: You are kindly requested to quote for DAP. Please refer toAmendment 1_ ITB_Section_III_Returnable Bidding Forms and Amendment 1_ ITB_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements for further details.Q4b. Due to the world-wide pandemic, oxygen plant manufacturers are struggling to reduce their lead time. The Goods are customized products and can only be manufactured upon order, and most core components require some 50~60 days to manufacture. The Delivery time of 60 Days manufacture + freight is very hard to fulfill. Please consider extending.Ans 4b: Please be informed that the delivery period is revised to 8 weeks after contract signature. Kindly refer to Amendment 1_ ITB_Section_III_Returnable Bidding Forms and Amendment 1_ ITB_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements for further details

New clarification added: Q2: what is the most important capacity generating stations required m3/h (l/min)?How much Oxygen cylinder filling station should fill 50 liters of oxygen cylinders per day?.Or indicate the technical characteristics of each of the devices listed.Ans 2: The flow oxygen flow rate is indicated under item No. 15 in the Technical Specifications i.e. Product flow rate (Total): < 1100 SCFH, (26.29 - 34.18 Nm3/hr or 471 - 613 LPM) . It is a duplex plant so should have 2 filling stations.
