New clarification added: Question:Good afternoon,I would like to request for clarification on whether or not the bids should be VAT inclusive.In the Tender Evaluation tab, with reference to 'Duties and Taxes', the following statement is made: "All quotations shall be submitted net of any direct taxes (customs duties and indirect taxes, such as sales taxes, VAT, taxes on commodities such as fuel)."However, with reference to 'Additional Information', the following statement is made: "The bids should be exclusive of VAT."I find these two statements contradictory to each other and therefore I would like to request for clarification on whether or not the bids should be VAT inclusive.I look forward to a response.UNOPS Response:Kindly refer to the Q&A document attached in the document section of this tender.
