New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam,Thank you for your clarification email. Please see the below answers in bold for each questions. 1. Are these goods requested in the RFQ Afghan Customs Duties exempt? Will provide exemption letter for the goods clearance from Afghan customs? Yes UNOPS Afghanistan provides an exemption letter for the custom clearance of the goods. 2. Are these goods requested in the RFQ Afghan Business Receipt Tax (BRT) exempt? Will provide the the tax exemption letter or the agreement? No. UNOPS Afghanistan will not provide a BRT exemption letter.3. Is advance payment possible for the order? No 4. Do you accept any other brands other than Juki? Yes or equivalent product is acceptable if the offered product meets UNOPS technical specifications and requirements.5. May we know the end user name for the machines and installation site? The sewing machines are for our client and UNOPS AFCO Can not disclose the end user info.Thank you UNOPS Procurement Team
