It will assist us in quoting of the items such as mask and pen as the logo variations can affect the cost.Answer: Please note that the logo is only three colours maximum and the bidders can use the same for quote. New clarification added: Question: In document you have mentioned 'No nationalities are excluded from submitting a bid". We are accordingly preparing our Bid . Now you are saying bidder should have valid Ugandan Business Licence. Please allow us to participate in this bid without Ugandan Business Licence since we are from India.Answer: Please note that the requirement to have Ugandan business licence has been indicated in the particulars section and in the evaluation criteria right from the tender posting date. We will not be able to change this requirement and as alternative you can have a JV with Ugandan Business and submit a bid or use a Ugandan business as sub-contractor and mention their details in the Form C

New clarification added: Question: In the tender particulars you stated that ' (No nationalities are excluded from submitting a bid.Open National competition - Ugandan Supplier with valid business registration in Uganda can participate in this tender)'. But in the evaluation criteria you are stating that a company needs a valid Uganda Business Permit. Does it mean our company which is in Nairobi, Kenya is excluded from participating?Answer : Bidder should have a valid Ugandan Business licence to participate in the tender as mentioned in the particulars section and the evaluation criteria.
