Tender description: The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) Sub regional Operational Hub Amman, Jordan desires to invite bidders to participate in the subject tender for the Supply of & Installation of ICT Equipment at UNOPS offices and Governmental Educational & Health Facilities located in all governorates in Jordan.The successful bidder shall deliver the required goods in line with UNOPS standards and shall follow all applications and directives as identified by the attached Schedule of Requirements.

New clarification added: Dears,For your kind info here are the main points shared during pre-bid meeting:- Bidders shall not submit more than one bid using more than one joint venture. This will result in the disqualification of all bids in which the bidder is involved in addition to the disqualification of other bidders collaborating with this bidder in joint ventures.- The quantities included in the bidding documents are indicative. UNOPS may not commit to the mentioned quantities after LTA issuance with a successful bidder.- UNOPS has the right to disqualify any offer that is substantially compliant with the technical requirements specified in the tender schedule of requirement.- Bidders are advised to ensure Completeness of the Bid’s All required Questionnaires (if any), and Returnable Bidding Forms and other documentation requested under the Document Checklist section.- Bidder shall deliver the goods as per delivery terms specified in each PO in coordination with UNOPS contract manager on a case-by-case basis.- Windows to be provided by the manufacturer.- Laptops to be provided under business series.Best regards,

New clarification added: Dears,In regards to yout previiuos clarifications :Q - Installation (which equipment), configuration (need to install software, image), Basic user training (how many participants, type of training on usage or maintainance, trouble shooting).A - We mean by the installation is the full set-up and connecting the devices to be ready for the end-user use, regarding the training it's for the photocopier and data show mainly.Q - Is all the equipment to be installed in the same location, or are there several locations? if so, please specify.A - The delivery locations will be shared with you and each locations equipment shall be fully installed Q - when do you expect all connexs services should be delivered?A - This question is not clear."The supplier is fully responsible for the full installation services, devices calibration and training for all items if requested and as need by UNOPS, Doner, MOE, and beneficiary."Q - please specify scope of services, calibration and training.A - Please refer to the answer in the question above "The supplier must have the storage capacity to store goods in case delays related to Covid might occur not to exceed 4 - 6 months without any additional cost incurred on UNOPS."Q - How many machines do you need to be storaged? do you have any expectaions in the turn around and usage of the stored equipment in terms of time?A - Each case shall be discussed individually with the awarded supplier, this scenario might happen and may not, but each supplier shall have enough storage to store the PO quantity (Not the full LTA quantity).Best regards,

New clarification added: Dears,The bidder is required to have registered and authorized license to trade in ICT equipment in Jordan to manage the logistical and after sales component of the services required in the tender.In your case a Joint ventures with a bidder in Jordan will be accepted.Partial offers will not be accepted.It is mandatory for Items 1 to 7 to be all be of the same brand.Best regards,
