Dear All bidders,
The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a quotation for the Supply and Delivery of personal protective equipment -PPEs (Body Armored and Helmet ) for UNOPS - AFCO Afghanistan Office in Kabul, In accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the technical requirement as set out in this Invitation To Bid (ITB).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal. In order to access the full UNOPS tender details, request clarifications on the tender, and submit a vendor response to a tender using the system, vendors need to be registered as a UNOPS vendor at the UNGM portal and be logged into UNGM. New clarification added: Dear Bidder,Thanks for the clarification email, Please consider the following answer1. The test report is required from the company regardless of how it works on their end. We will be interested in getting NIJ III-A with the test report.2. UNOPS always provides a tax exemption letter for the customs clearance process to the supplier after the signature of the contract if necessary.3. UNOPS incoterms 2010 should be applied for the shipment method and meet the delivery terms and conditions.
