Tender cancelled on 2021-09-07 11:47 UTC. The dramatic change in the political situation in Afghanistan and the change in the market conditions made the terms and instructions if the ITB is not fit to the current situation and needs to be cancelled and need from AFCO to review the ITB conditions to accommodate with the current market situation. A new tendering process will be launched soon and UNOPS will make sure that the suppliers who participated in this ITB to be invited to the new tendering process.

New amendment added #2: This amendment # 2 is made on 28 June 2021, for the following reasons:1- Extend the ITB closure date to read 7 July, 2021* No any other cahnges are made.

New amendment added #1: This amendment # 1 is made on 14 June 2021, for the follwong reasons:1- Add additional spare parts (items) the at the end of the price form (Annex 2 to C form) and at the end of the technical compliance sheet (Annex 1 to form D). Bidders to ignore the previous 2 forms and use the new Rev. 1 dated 14 June 2021 instead of the old forms. New revised excel forms are added to the ITB documents section.2- Extend the ITB closure date to read 30 June, 2021* No any other cahnges are made.
