The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) hereby solicits your Bid for the subject requirements, in this connection please refer to the attached Scanned Invitation to Bid-Service (LRPS) documents. If you are interested to participate in this LRFP, you are kindly requested to submit your proposals electronically on or before the indicated closing date/time 23.06.2021, 12:00 PM Baghdad Local Time to the following E-mail address ONLY: irqtender@unicef.org

Tender documents relevant to this Requirements shall consist of the following:-

• UNICEF's Invitation to Bid (LRFP) no. IRAQ-LRPS-2021-018-9167168 document. (Please make sure to sign, stamp page no. 3 “Bid Form” of this document and resend it along with your proposal)   
• Annex A,B,C, and D : UNICEF Supplier / Contractor Profile Form [8 pages ] - to be submitted along with the technical proposal.
• Annex E : Receipt/Acknowledgment letter – to be returned immediately upon tender document receipt. 
• Annex F: Statement of No Proposal  –  ONLY if you DO NOT INTEND to submit bid.
• Annex G: Vendor Registration Form - to be submitted along with the technical proposal.
• Annex H: Arabic Terms and conditions.

Notes: -

1. Bidders should submit two proposals in 2 two separate emails. One email should contain a technical proposal and the second email should contain the financial proposal. Each envelope should be clearly marked “Technical proposal” or “Financial proposal” as the case may be. Electronic submissions are also allowed. Bids should be submitted to e-mail: irqtender@unicef.org 
2. Prebid meeting: Prebid meeting: A mandatory pre-bidding conference will be held via Zoom, on 02.06.2021 at 11:00 am, through the below link:

1. UNICEF has the right to split the award based on price, quality and or lead time.
2. Partial financial proposal is Not permitted.
3. Questions from Proposers: Proposers are required to submit any questions in respect of this RFPS by [EMAIL] to salmukhtar@unicef.org;  aalajawadi@unicef.org ; aalagha@unicef.org ; habdulrazzaq@unicef.org, The deadline for receipt of any questions is COB [COB of 16.06.2021].
4. The bidders are required to conduct a mandatory site visit before the submission of the proposals. Any a proof document (letter or a signature on the BOQ) from the related entity  should be provided along with the technical proposal to verify the site visit otherwise it will be neglected. Details of the site visit will be provided to you later by Aseel Al-Jawadi or Ali Al-Agha.
