New clarification added: Question: Regarding the Form B: Price Schedule Form and Form C: Technical Quotation Form, in case of submitting an offer for only some of the lots, please specify if the Bidder should complete a separate Form for each offer or proceeed to completion on the same Form, leaving a blank space for the lot with no bidding interest expressed. Response: Please do not consider the Forms you are not sumbmitting an offer to.

New clarification added: Question: 1It is appreciated this may be an urgent requirement, but the close date of 19/02/2021 is very very tight (includes Saturday/sunday close for many businesses) and for gaining competitive freight rates during this chaotic Covid 19 period. We request if MINUSMA/UNMAS would consider extending the close until17/02/2021 to allow competitive compliant bids to be presented?Answer: 1The tender will be extended to 25/02/2021Question 2:Do we have to quote all the products or is it possible to only offer some of them?Answer 2:As mentionned in the particulars tab - Partial quotations: Bidders shall be allowed to quote prices for one or more lots identified in this tender. However, bidders must offer 100% of the items specified for each lot and to 100% of the quantities specified for each item of a lot. Evaluation will be done per lot.
