New clarification added: Qestion: Kindly can you provide the approximate sizes for both children and adults separately?Answer: The adult mask should be universal (one size fits all for adults). The children’s masks should also be universal (one size fits all for children)Question: Should the straps of the mask be of the same cotton material or should it be of a different elastic material?Answer: The straps should be made of durable elastic material.Question: Is there a consideration for a nose wire?Answer: A vendor may include a nose wire in the mask design, but is not mandatory.

New clarification added: Question: Why does unops clarifies inicially that it is local suppliers only. Pl mention it in the UNGM BoxAnswer: Please note that each tender has specific requirements and evaluation criteria. For this particular tender, for a vendor to participate, it must be registered as a company in Uganda or licensed to operate in Uganda.Question: 1. Do we have to fill, submit and return the Blanket Purchase Arrangement? If so, please provide us with the BPA Reference and Number. 2. Should the date of agreement be the same as the submission date? Or are you going to share those dates?Please advise accordingly.Answer: The Blanket Purchase Agreement should not be completed at this stage. It is attached to provide information to bidders on the nature of the agreement to be executed if successful, including the terms and conditions that apply.

New clarification added: Question: As HR Associates Uganda ltd, we operate as Onpoint General Trading Company Ltd in Juba South Sudan for which we have evidence of a purchase order for delivery and supply to UNFPA of similar products ( fabricated branded masks). Can we include this purchase order in our list of previous experince with the Contact adress of our UNFPA client for varification!Answer: It can be included in the list of previous expierience if you can provide proof that HR Associates and Onpoint General Trading Company are indeed the same.

New clarification added: Question: Baiscally In so not many words this Tender is for (Local) Ugandan companies, International bidders can not participate. Answer: To qualify to participate, the vendor must either be registered as a company in Uganda, or licensed to do business in Uganda.
