New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Please note the below raised questions and our official response in connection to the Request for RFQ/2021/18320 Question 1: Under the bidder's submission (DOCUMENT CHECKLIST), one of the required tabs to be filled is (Section III: Returnable Bidding Forms in document format). Could you please clarify which part of this form is this?Answer:The returnable bidding forms where you need to fill each form, sign it and stamp it. We need you to send us ,as well, form c in doc format besides the PDF format.Question 2:As per technical requirements, a Certificate of Warranty covering a period of 12 months should be submitted. Could you please provide the form for this kind of a statement.Answer: There is no specific format to follow, and the suppliers shall provide us with a formal letter to confirm the warranty of items covering a period of 12 months. Note: This shall form part of the official solicitation documents. Please be guided accordingly.

New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Please note the below raised question and our official response in connection to the Request for RFQ/2021/18320 Question 1: Can we quote up for DAT without door delivery and installation. Answer: Kindly note the awarded bidder shall bear the whole responsibility to deliver the goods to the designated place specified in the tender using the incoterms (DAP) and no other incoterms will be accepted.Note: This shall form part of the official solicitation documents. Please be guided accordingly.
