New clarification added: Form C requests that Comparitive Data Tables in Section II to be completed, please clarify which tables this is reffering to? The only tables in this document are the experience and qualification tablesThe table in Form C will be used for evaluation. The bidder should insert details for each of the criteria in the table and submit the signed document.

New clarification added: The evaluation criteria do not appear to address proposed methodology/approach. What level of detail is required for proposed methodology?Please refer to Section III - Returnable bidding forms - Form C - Technical Form, which will provide you the criteria and the responses in a tabular format.

New clarification added: We note that there is some discrepancy in the timeline of the project. It is stated that the engagement timeline is from February 2021-April 2021, yet the final deliverable is 20 weeks from contract signing. Please may you clarify this timeline? Would the project need to commence in February?The timeline for the project is from Feb - Apr 2021. The awarded contractor is expected to commence the services in February.

New clarification added: Question 01: We would like to know if the scope of this feasibility study involve household level baseline assessment of project indicators, as well as feasibility study of the Kinawataka wetland water shed management?Answer 01: The wetland management/restoration could involve displacement and resettlement, but also sustainable utilization by households, it would be right that feasibility should incorporate household level assessment. Question 02: According to us that is what we understand and this may lead the budget to go beyond the UNOPS RFQ maximum budget.Answer 02: Please submit your best offer based on the services requested. The evaluation will be conducted based on the technically acceptale lowest offer methodology. Question 03: Kindly share with us your project indicators shared between Ministry of Lands, Slum Dwellers International, directly related to Kinawataka Wetland management and compensation activities.Answer: 03: Please note the project indicators will not be shared and the Section II- Schedule of requirements provides baseline details.
