New clarification added: Question 1. For Ceiling Work:This is included in the general specification doc as new ceiling finishes, but I don't see this in the current BOQ file.Do we still want the contractor to do this? if so what type of ceiling? 2. Is there any price already incl. for the demolition of the existing ceiling and a few wall opening for the new entrance door.Answer1. Please stick and refer to the current BoQ that is indicated in this tender, any adjustment for this will be made at the contract implementation stage, referring to the Variance clause of the contract which is also shared as one of the tender documents 2. Please refer to the first point. We are requesting the bidders to proce based on the items indicated in the BoQ. Best regards
