New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Thank you for your querry..Financial report has to be audited to demonstrate it's authenticity. Monthly/annual reports to Cambodia Tax Department (TD) would not be sufficient if there is no proof that the books of the company have not been audited.Hope this clarifies your points.With best regards,UNOPS Cambodia

New clarification added: Dear Bidder,Thank you for your querry. Kindly note that being eligible for this tender opportunity, international company should be JV with local company with adequate registration and license as per Cambodia Construction Law.Regarding to the BoQ clarification, the bidder can provide detail (unit, quantity) or lump sum cost in the 1.1 Premmiminay work. Further, the bidder has to ensure that the total preliminary cost is covered all work items listed.With best regards,UNOPS Cambodia
