UNICEF wishes to invite you to submit an EMAIL PROPOSAL for PROCUREMENT OF IN VITRO DIAGNOSTICS (IVDs) FOR ACCURATE DETECTION OF THE NOVEL CORONAVIRUS (SARS-CoV-2).

  • Please indicate the submission deadline, see item (b) below, by which your company is aiming to submit the proposal (kindly review the RFP document for more information about the submission deadlines);   
  • If you are not planning to submit a proposal, we appreciate your effort to indicate a reason for such decision. 

 

Bid schedule:

  1. RFP published: 23 March 2020;

 

  1. Deadlines for receipt of questions/requests for clarifications from bidders to be submitted by email to cpmarkmann@unicef.org and igrubejanuze@unicef.org:
    1. for Window 1 Submission Deadline: by latest 23.59 hours (Copenhagen time) 31 March 2020; 
    2. for Window 2 Submission Deadline: by latest 23.59 hours (Copenhagen time) 27 April 2020. 
    3. for Window 3 Submission Deadline: by latest 23.59 hours (Copenhagen time) 25 May 2020. 

              

               In addition to the above, UNICEF will organize and convene an industry webinar no later than by the 27th of March 2020 or one week after the tender

               issuance to explain the tender process and guide Proposers to ensure adequate submissions. The details related to the webinar date, time and

               connectivity mode shall be communicated to the invitees in a separate message within 3 days after the issuance of the tender. 

 

  1. Closing date/time for submission of proposals.

The tender will be active for the period of time and the bidders are allowed to submit their proposals during "windows" during this period. Please note that there are three deadlines as indicated below:  

  1. Window 1 Submission Deadline: by latest 23.59 hours (Copenhagen time) 3 April 2020
  2. Window 2 Submission Deadline: by latest 23.59 hours (Copenhagen time) 1 May 2020; 
  3. Window 3 Submission Deadline: by latest 23.59 hours (Copenhagen time) 1 June 2020. 

Proposers shall be allowed to submit their proposals during the scheduled "windows" during the tender period. 

 

  1. There will be no public opening of the RFP.
