The International Trade Centre (ITC), a joint subsidiary organ of the United Nations and the World Trade Organization, hereby invites your company to submit a Quotation for delivery of SMS Data Dissemination to farmers in Balochistan, in Pakistan.as per indicated in the terms of reference in Annex B here attached.
