RFP-2018-03: Translation Services for the UNAIDS Secretariat – English, French, Spanish and Russian

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into long-term agreements (LTAs) for a period of two (2) years with multiple successful bidders to carry out translation services from English into French, Spanish and Russian, as well as from French, Russian and Spanish into English, including document revisions and proof-reading.

The long-term agreement may be extended for another two (2) years subject to a satisfactory review and assessment of the successful bidder’s performance and quality of services provided.

UNAIDS is a United Nations organization that is dependent on contributions it receives from various donors for the implementation of its activities. Bidders are therefore requested to propose the best and most cost-effective solutions to meet UNAIDS’ requirements, while ensuring a high level of service.
