Supply and Installation of Factory Assembled Air Cooled Package Chiller AT UNRWA – HQ-Amman

-The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) hereby invites you to submit a bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above subject. Bids are required to be received by UNRWA no later than 25 November 2019 at 14:00 PM (Amman Time) (the Closing Time).

-UNRWA seeks interested, competent and qualified companies who will Supply and Install Factory Assembled Air Cooled Package Chiller AT UNRWA – HQ-Amman, The selected provider will also train the users on the operation of the chiller and will provide maintenance services during the warranty period

-You are kindly requested to return the attached Annex B - Acknowledgement Letter, duly signed by an authorized representative of your company via email cssd@unrwa.org The letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a proposal and if not, indicate the reason

-Bid Bonds to be submitted as hard copy (Original) as stated in Annex A, Point 22 noting that Bankers cheques may not be acceptable.
