127078 Provision of Kofax Kapow perpetual licenses including maintenance and support options

Brief Scope of Work

The Court intends to enter into a multi year agreement with the selected service provider for license purchases and support and maintenance.

ICC seeks vendors who could provide:

• Kapow perpetual license
• License for 10 robots in production and 2 in test
• Specify cost options for 4,6,8,10 or 12 robots in production or propose more efficient alternatives to the suggested options
• Describe options to scale up the number of robots to meet increasing demands in the future
• Maintenance and support

The detailed scope of work will be given under the Request for Quotation document that will be sent to the firms who reacted to this EOI.
