The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Regional Office for Central Asia (UNODC ROCA) hereby invites qualified bidders to submit their Expression of Interest for supply, installation, testing of an automated recognition system of registration plates of the vehicles crossing the border customs post (BCP) "Alat" of the Bukhara Regional Branch of the State Customs Committee (SCC) and training of the BCP's personnel.
