The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in partnership with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), Republic of Philippines, aims to accelerate the roll-out of the Free Wi-Fi Internet Access in Public Places Project, otherwise known as Pipol Konek. This Invitation To Bid (ITB) is focused on providing Public access wi-fi services at 3,000 locations in 11 provinces in the Philippines.

Pre-Bid conference will be held on Date and Time: 28 May 2019 at 10:00AM Manila Time (or 27 May 2019 at 10:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time) Venue: Discovery Suites-- 25 ADB Ave, Ortigas Center, Pasig, 1600 Metro Manila
