The deadline of clarification has passed, we have received 1 more question where we think might be useful for all potential bidders as you prepare your proposals. Question: How are you going to apply the standard assumptions regarding the days per year by role to develop a comparable weighted cost across bidders in cases where senior and junior rates are provided for the same role (i.e., when rows are added to the standard rate card to include both levels for the same role)? Answer: On page 18 of the file "1. RFP 19-005 Salesforce ITSO f.pdf", we specified that the rate card will be evaluated against the schedule we presented, which includes number of days, and % onsite NY and offsite. So all you need to do is give is the onsite and offsite rates per project role, and then we will apply this schedule uniformly against all bidders. This schedule was developed based on past experience as to what the "shape" of work like this should look like. This will give us the "apples-to-apples" comparison across all bids. Please remember the deadline for submission is on May 29, 2019, 13:00 Copenhagen Time. Submissions are to be sent to bidtender@unfpa.org as per the RFP instructions, do not cc nor bcc me, this will result to disqualification.
