New clarification added: Q1: Can you provide any indication of the expected level of effort/budget for each component required in the RFP?A1: We are unable to disclose the budget for this assignment. The level of effort required to deliver the components should be determined by the information regarding outputs and timeframes given in the Schedule of Requirements. Q2: Will delivering (or bidding for) any of the consultancy studies included in the JWP (e.g. the role of ecosystem services or smart cities on equitable growth in cities) preclude suppliers from bidding from this review of the JWP? Can UN confirm that no conflict of interest exists for this opportunity for any firms currently delivering research included in the JWP?A2: No conflict of interest exists for entities presently or previously involved in delivering products or services to the JWP, or for entities bidding for more than one RFP related to the JWP. Q3: Is it correct that each output will be submitted in - at least - three draft versions and a fourth final version? Does this also apply to the inception report? What period of time can the Cities Alliance commit to in terms of review & comment for each version?A3: Each output, including the inception report, may require two draft versions and a third final version. Reviews may take up to two weeks. A time plan will be agreed upon during the inception stage.
