Emergency procurement of Medicines for Yemen

Invitation to bid for The Emergency purchase of Medicines for Yemen as per Annex 2
You are invited to submit your offer for the above mentioned Invitation to bid for the World Health Organization (WHO), EMRO region noting that all related information in Annex 2 must be filled.
Please note that this ITB will be submitted through the UNGM

Submission of Offers: will be through the UNGM; latest on the 24th of March 2019 by 23:59 (Cairo local time)

Selection Criteria: The Best received competitive offer will be awarded based on price (80%) and delivery time (20%).


Exclusion Criteria:

Products that do not have the following valid documents will be excluded and will not be considered:

GMP certificates should be provided for all manufacturing sites where product is being produced (incl. manufacturing, packaging, batches release and quality control activities).
Medicines that are not Approved/registered by a Stringent National Medicines Regulatory Authority (SRA).
Free Sale Certificate “FSC” or Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product “CPP”.

In case medicines are manufactured outside Europe a Market authorization number in Europe must be provided.

Please be advised that Annex 1 is not applicable in this ITB.

The supplier should accept, sign and comply with Annex 5 and Annex 6
