Provision of Digitization services and File Management of IP Documents at the IP Office of Vietnam (IPVN), in Ha Noi

WIPO is pleased to invite you to submit a proposal for Digitization services and File Management of IP Documents at the IP Office of Vietnam (IPVN), in Ha Noi, as described in the Annex I – Terms of Reference (TORs). The purpose of the RFP is to seek an external contractor to implement the digitization project in Viet Nam. The contractor will set up installation of required facilities, prepare the documents and undertake the digitization and file management work with close guidance and management by WIPO Geneva and local authorities in Viet Nam.
