Supply of Kalmar Spare Parts, and Maintenance and Repair Services of Kalmar Equipment

The AU/UN Hybrid Operation in Darfur (UNAMID) is seeking expressions of interest from qualified Firms for the provision of Kalmar Spare Parts and Maintenance and Repair Services of Kalmar Equipment. To be considered, Vendor’s expression of interest must include, though not limited to, the following information: 1. Company’s full profile with all details (address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail, etc) 2. Company’s registration number (if already registered with the UN), license(s) 3. List of the company’s clients during the last 3 years (proof of similar services) 4. General organizational capabilities and resources 5. Proof of financial performance over the last 3 years 6. UNGM Registration Number The AU/UN Hybrid Operation in Darfur (UNAMID) intends to issue an Request for Proposal to interested companies complying with the requested information. Please note that this EOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNAMID reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and/ or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Expressions of Interest not addressing the above points to the satisfaction of UNAMID shall not be considered for the solicitation to bid.
