To provide support for development of BHI job aids and resource materials: assessment, review, integration and harmonization of existing tools, job aids and resource materials; engage with stakeholders and development of new tools as will be necessary and resource materials as well as support national capacity development on the utilization of new harmonized tools. conduct a Training of Trainers (ToT) capacity development.
