Description

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in the Philippines invites private entities to apply for eligibility and to submit a Proposal for the Supply of Products and Services for the Implementation of the Philippine Renewable Energy Market System (PREMS), under the Development for Renewable Energy Applications Mainstreaming and Market Sustainability (DREAMS) project.

The successful contractor shall supply and deliver both a hardware and software component to produce a complete, high quality and fully functional Philippine Renewable Energy Market System (PREMS). Likewise, the successful contractor shall develop, customize, install and test application software, hardware and equipment, as well as provide system documentation (including the source code) for any development activities for the PREMS and provide user trainings.

It should be noted that only Bidders who will attend the pre-bid conference at the above address will be considered eligible for participation.  Please refer to details in the solicitation document.

The abovementioned Bidding Documents shall be released to all interested participants starting 30 April 2018 to 14 May 2018 only. 

UNDP reserves the right to reject any or all the proposals, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the proposal and award the contract to the most advantageous offer.  UNDP assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the proposer for any expense or loss that may be incurred for the preparation of proposals, nor does UNDP guarantee that an award will be made.
