Description
The scope of this EOI is to identify potential official suppliers that can provide all types of Adobe licenses to the UNOG and other UN Entities based in Geneva for a period of up to five (5) years. The successful vendor will provide access and support to a flexible volume licensing program, through which the UNOG and participating agencies will purchase and deploy subscription licenses as needed. The agreement should include a flexible buying program over an initial three (3) year term with the option to extend for two consecutive one-year periods (3+1+1), for a total of five (5) years. The Agreement has to provide the UNOG with the ability to easily add subscription licenses as and when needed. The Agreement also has to make provision for True-Up Declarations, to be done at the end of each year to enable the UNOG to pay for any additional licenses deployed. The licenses shall be available in both English and French, for Mac, Windows, & Android Environments.
