The United Nations is seeking expression of interest from potential vendors to participate in a Request for Proposal for the supply of ID Cards & Accessories for the United Nations in Headquarters and Fiedl Offices under a long term contract for three years with option of two additional one-year extensions. Interested vendors must possess the necessary technical expertise and capacity to provide the goods. Vendors expressing interest must be registered with UNGM so that they can particpate in the Request for Proposal at a later stage. GOODS REQUIRED: 1. UN ID Cards including: - Card - Memory - Programming - UN Key & Format - Front & Back Packaging - Mag Stripe - Embeded Mifare IC - Slot Punch - Shrink Wrapped 2. Accessories: - Lanyards - Woven Neck Lanyards - Clear Vinyl Holder - Badge Card, Integrated - Clips - Special Events Tags (SET) - Metal Neck Chains - Badge Holder - Badge Reel Other details including the specifications and scope of services shall be outlined under the Request for Proposal at a later stage.
