The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United-Lesotho intends to carry out the registration of companies suitable to have certain work, services, and supply of goods performed, which are required for the implementation of following activities:

3. Irrigation works
4. Supply of Agriculture Equipment
5. Supply of Agriculture Inputs
6. Supply of Animal Feed
7. Supply of Animal Health inputs
8. Supply of Cars
9. Supply of Communication Equipment 
10. Supply of Electrical equipment 
11. Supply of Electronic equipment 
12. Supply of Irrigation Equipment
13. Supply of Laboratory Equipment
14. Provision of Catering Services;
15. Supply of Bottled Drinking Water ;
16. Clearing and Forwarding Services;
17. Supply of Machinery
18. Servicing of Vehicles
19. Car Hire Services/Transportation/
20. Media and Communications Agents;
21. Supply of Office Stationeries
22. Supply of Office Equipment

Procedures

All firms wishing to be invited to tender for the awarding of FAO contracts or Purchase Orders, should submit their profiles (and attaching, if available, a brochure presenting the company) and FAO intends, without having committed itself in any way to any of these firms, to select for tendering the firms which it considers suitable; Submissions will only be considered if they contain all required   information.

Documents Enclosed

To facilitate preparing your request for registration, you will find enclosed the “Registration Form” to be completed by your

Company and submit along with the following documents:

1. The official registration document of your company.
2. The ID number of your company.
3. The VAT number of your company.
4. The Curricula Vitae of the key staff working for your company (For civil works/ Design and consultancy companies only)
