Mid-Term Review of the UNESCO Operational Strategy on Youth (2014-2021)

The United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invites qualified companies/individuals to submit proposals to conduct a Mid-term Review of the UNESCO Operational Strategy on Youth (2014-2021).

The time schedule for the evaluation is planned between October 2017 – March 2018. The lead senior evaluator should possess the following profile:

 At least 10 years of professional experience in designing and leading programme and policy evaluations

 At least 10 years of professional experience in evaluation, research and/or policy-related position in the field of regional and/or international development

 Proven advanced knowledge of the international research/studies in the field of youth

 An advanced university degree in the field of social sciences, public policy, media development, communications, education, or related field

 Excellent oral communication and writing skills in English

 Excellent analytical skills and skills in producing succinct, clear materials

 No previous involvement in the implementation of activities under review
