Knowledge, Attitude and Practice (KAP) study of UNICEF WASH-GBV programme
The aim of the consultancy is to conduct end project knowledge, Attitude and Practice (KAP) survey of UNICEF WASH-GBV programme in the provision of water, sanitation, and improved hygiene conditions, that allow people to live with good health, dignity and security.
The objective of this ToR is to establish an Agreement with a research agency/ capable of undertaking a high quality end line evaluation of the project, including measurement of indicators, at the decided rates and within the agreed timeframe. As such, the survey should indicate whether the targeted beneficiaries of the WASH-GBV programme:
- Use sanitation facilities that are safe and culturally appropriate for all;
- Are safely and equitably using a sufficient quality and quantity of water for drinking, cooking and personal and domestic hygiene;
- Are aware of key public health risks and are mobilised to adopt measures to prevent deterioration in hygienic conditions and to use and maintain the facilities provided; And
The personal safety of targeted women and girls is improved by gender appropriate planning and gender based violence prevention and response services.
