Description
The Special Tribunal for Lebanon located in Leidschendam, The Netherlands, is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced and capable organisations to register for the tender to provide on-site maintenance support for the STL IBM Lotus Domino infrastructure. The Special Tribunal for Lebanon is currently utilizing 7 IBM Domino Enterprise Servers and has approximately 150 Lotus Notes users. Operations requirements are expected to grow toward 10 servers supporting 300 users over the next two years. The requirement is for the provision of services pertaining to the on-site maintenance contract with authorized and certified vendors to provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support and maintenance of the STL Domino infrastructure. The services shall include corrective support, preventive maintenance and special projects on Domino related issues and additional services on an “as required basis”. On-site support hours required per month are estimated as 32 hours with additional 16 hours estimated for the special projects . It is anticipated that this contract will commence on 1 November 2009 for one year period with possible extension of one (1) year subject to satisfactory performance.
