Translation from Japanese to English of International Search Reports (ISRs)

WIPO is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from appropriate translation suppliers who can potentially fulfill the requirements for the delivery of the on-going translation of International Search Reports of PCT Applications from Japanese to English and very occasionally from English into Japanese.

Suppliers of translation may include translation agencies, patent attorney offices or incorporated entities, but do not include individual freelance translators. Outsourcing to other suppliers (including to other translation agencies, patent attorney offices, etc.) will not be permitted under the subsequent tender, with the exception of outsourcing to individual freelance translators/revisers.

In order to participate in this EOI and to download the documents and express your company's interest, you need to be registered as a supplier in the WIPO In-Tend e-procurement portal.

The deadline for the submission of queries to WIPO is March 14, 2017. Queries must be submitted via the Correspondence tool of the e-procurement portal.

The closing date for the submission of expressions of interest and the filled-out Vendor Response Form is March 23, 2017 by 16:00 CET.
