The Procurement Office of UNDP Saudi Arabia is requesting the proposal for Provision of General and HVAC Maintenance Services for the UN House in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh as per specifications set in attached RFP.

You are invited to submit a proposal according to the Instructions and Conditions indicated in Terms of Reference (TOR) and the Data Sheet of this RFP.

The requirements are provided in the Terms of Reference, Annex II.

We advise all bidders to send mail submissions well before the deadline. Please be aware that bids mailed to UNDP will be rejected if they are received after the deadline for bid submission. It is the exclusive responsibility of the offeror to ensure that the document(s) are received at the specified mailing address before the closing date.

Bidder should ensure that submitted offers are in ONE outer and TWO inner envelopes (inner envelopes include: the technical proposals in one and the other includes the financial proposals), otherwise offers will be disqualified.

A pre-proposal conference will be held on:  10 am –  February 15, 2017, and all bidders are welcome to attend.
