Landscape Maintenance Services for the United Nations Headquarters in New York

United Nations is seeking Landscape Maintenance Services from a qualified company for the maintenance of lawns, trees, Ivy & Rose Garden at its Headquarters in New York. This requirement is for the vendor to provide all year-round labour, skills, equipment and materials to maintain the UNHQ landscape comprising the lawns, gardens, walkways, gravel roadways, ivy, trees, hedges, and shrubs within 17 acres of land area of office and conference facilities in New York City, on a routine as well as on ”as-required” basis. The vendor shall maintain the landscape at high standards of up-keep, fully compliant with the best industry practices and all city codes and regulations.
