Provision of Exhibition Booth Materials for ECA - Conference Center, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), Procurement Unit (PU), Addis Ababa, Ethiopia hereby seeks an established provider with a valid license and experience to provide Exhibition Booth Materials at ECA Conference Center. The Conference Management Section requires modular/flexible types of exhibition panels with accessories for the purpose of setting up of exhibition booths of various sizes Companies that have specialty in the production/distribution of exhibition booths could express their interest. Vendors who express their interest will be invited to participate in a tender through Invitation to Bid (ITB). This tender will envisage the selection of a single firm to undertake the above-mentioned services within the described specifications that are detailed in the ITB. UNECA is precluded from entering into a contract with a firm that is not fully registered with United Nations Global Market Place (UNGM). Only those vendors who are registered or provisionally registered or have started their registration process in UNGM will be eligible to receive the solicitation document - ITB.
